基于主成分分析的安徽省各市经济综合实力评价

Evaluation of the Comprehensive Economic Strength of Each City in Anhui Province Based on Principal Component Analysis

城市的经济综合实力水平由社会发展、生态环境、文化产出等各方面组成,区域经济实力的高低,直接影响到全省经济发展的质量。基于2019年安徽省16个城市的横截面数据,结合安徽省的发展特征,从6个方面选取12个指标,构建安徽省各城市经济综合实力评价指标体系。并通过SPSS 26.0软件,采用主成分分析方法计算安徽省各城市经济综合实力得分。结果表明:合肥市的综合得分位列第一,亳州市、淮北市等8个地级市都高于平均水平。在此基础上,提出相应的发展建议,各城市应加强区域合作,充分发挥区位优势,提高人力资本积累;注重环境保护和治理,促进生态平衡;大力扶持落后地区基础设施建设,缩小区域经济差异。

The comprehensive economic strength level of a city is composed of social development, ecological environment, cultural output and other aspects. The level of regional economic strength directly affects the quality of economic development of the whole province. Based on the cross-section data of 16 cities in Anhui province in 2019 and combined with the development characteristics of Anhui Province, 12 indicators are selected from 6 aspects to construct the evaluation index system of the comprehensive economic Strength of all cities in Anhui Province. And through SPSS 26.0 software using the principal component analysis method to calculate the score of the comprehensive economic strength of each city in Anhui Province. The results show that the comprehensive score of Hefei ranks the first, and the score of Bozhou city, Huaibei city and other 8 prefecture-level cities are higher than the average level. On this basis, the corresponding development suggestions are put forward. All cities should strengthen regional cooperation, give full play to their regional advantages and improve the accumulation of human capital;Pay attention to environmental protection and governance and promote ecological balance;We will vigorously support infrastructure construction in backward areas and narrow regional economic differences.
