氨酚曲马多片联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗癌性神经病理性疼痛的疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Efficacy of paracetamol and tramadol tablets combined with pregabalin capsules in the treatment of cancerous neuropathic pain and effects on patients'sleep quality

目的探讨氨酚曲马多片联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗癌性神经病理性疼痛(MNP)的临床疗效。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月本院收治的60例MNP患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用普瑞巴林胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合氨酚曲马多片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、睡眠质量、生活质量及不良反应发生率。结果观察组疼痛缓解有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗4周后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为20.00%,高于对照组的16.67%,但差异无统计学意义。结论氨酚曲马多片联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗MNP疗效确切,能提高睡眠质量和生活质量,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of paracetamol and tramadol tablets combined with pregabalin capsules in the treatment of cancerous neuropathic pain(MNP).Methods 60 MNP patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pregabalin capsules,and the observation group was treated with paracetamol and tramadol tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of pain relief in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and brief health survey(SF-36)scores between the two groups;after 4 weeks of treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 20.00%,which was higher than 16.67%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Paracetamol and tramadol tablets combined with pregabalin capsules have a definite effect on the treatment of MNP,which can improve sleep quality and quality of life,and the safety is high.
