电针联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效观察

Effect of electric needle combined with clozapine in refractory schizophrenia

目的研究电针联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效。方法选取2017年2月至2019年3月本院收治的60例难治性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,根据单双数分组方式分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用氯氮平药物治疗,观察组采用电针联合氯氮平治疗,比较两组临床症状、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后2、4、8周,观察组PANSS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者的病情症状,降低不良反应发生率,促使患者康复。

Objective To study the efficacy of electric needle combined with clozapine in refractory schizophrenia.Methods 60 patients treated with refractory schizophrenia from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected as study subjects and they were divided into control group and observation group according to single and even number grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clozapine drugs,and the observation group used electric needle combined with clozapine.The clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the PANSS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment efficiency in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%,which was lower than 33.33%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of electric needle with clozapine in refractory schizophrenia can effectively improve the symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and promote recovery.
