奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗牙体牙髓病的临床疗效及预后分析

Clinical effect and prognostic analysis of ornidazole mixture assisted filling in the treatment of dental pulp disease

目的探讨奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗牙体牙髓病的临床疗效及对预后情况的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2020年3月本院口腔科收治的92例牙体牙髓病患者作为研究对象,并依照红蓝数字抽签法随机分为对照组与研究组,每组46例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予常规治疗和奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗,比较两组临床指标[牙周探针深度(PD)、临床附着水平(CAL)、牙龈指数(GI)]、临床疗效、不良反应发生率及满意度。结果治疗前,两组PD、CAL、GI比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组PD、CAL、GI均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.66%,高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为8.68%,明显低于对照组的26.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗满意度为93.48%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上对牙体牙髓病患者进行奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗,不仅能快速降低PD、CAL、GI水平,有效提升临床疗效,而且可进一步降低不良反应总发生率,有利于改善预后效果并提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ornidazole mixture assisted filling in the treatment of dental pulp disease and the influence of prognosis.Methods 92 patients with dental endodontics admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from December 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the red and blue number lottery method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given conventional treatment and ornidazole mixture adjuvant filling treatment.The clinical indicators[periodontal probe depth(PD),clinical attachment level(CAL),gingival index(GI)],clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the indexes of PD,CAL,and GI between the two groups.After treatment,the PD,CAL,and GI in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.66%,which was higher than 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.68%,which was significantly lower than the 26.04%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 93.48%,which was higher than 78.26%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the ornidazole mixture adjuvant filling treatment for patients with dental pulp disease can not only quickly reduce the levels of PD,CAL,and GI,effectively improve the clinical efficacy,but also further reduce the overall incidence of adverse reactions.It is beneficial to improve the prognosis effect and patients'satisfaction,and it is worthy of clinical application.
