改革开放以来中共历任领导集体在开展群体利益协调的对应相关阶段,分别作出了各自独特的重要贡献。这一时期我国群体利益协调的基本经验主要体现在以下五个方面:坚持在发展中协调的战略思维,坚持处理好公平和效率关系的重要原则,坚持以人民为中心的基本立场,坚持统筹兼顾的根本方法,坚持中国共产党领导的政治优势,上述五条基本经验反映出中国共产党对群体利益协调有着高度的理论自觉和行动自觉。

Since the reform and opening up,the leading collectives of the Communist Party of China have made their own unique and important contributions in the corresponding stages of group interest coordination.Group interests coordination in China during this period the basic experience mainly embodied in five aspects:adhering to coordination in development,handling the relationship between fairness and efficiency,adhering to a people-centered approach,adhering to overall planning,and adhering to the political advantages of the leadership of the Communist Party of China.And these five basic experiences reflect that the Communist Party of China has a high degree of theoretical and behavioral awareness for the coordination of group interests.
