燃气比例阀与分气杆的一体化设计与应用

Integrated Design and Application of Proportional Regulating Valve and Gas Ejector

为提高热水器燃气比例阀与分气杆的性价比,提出一种新结构方案,用带截止功能的比例调节阀替代传统电磁阀,设置在燃气支路用于控制分段燃烧,实现阀体结构一体化。本文对新方案的关键结构设计进行讨论,并介绍样件测试方法以及分析验证情况。

To improve the cost performance of the gas proportional regulating valve and gas ejector,a new type is proposed.A proportional regulating valve with the cut-off function is used to replace the traditional solenoid valve,and it’s set up in the gas branch to control the segmented combustion to realize the integration of the structure of the gas valve body.In this paper,the design of the key structure of the new scheme is discussed,and the sample test method and analysis&verification situation are introduced.
