冰箱超小型外置冷凝模块设计及性能研究

摘要 如今,家庭空间寸土寸金,冰箱容积率是冰箱设计中一个关键指标。以一款400 L风冷冰箱为研究载体,论述了一种新的冰箱超小型冷凝模块,详细介绍了该模块的系统组成以及在冰箱上的各项主要性能验证,为今后大容积率冰箱探索了一条新的发展方向。结果表明:超小型冷凝模块可使冰箱整机容积增加约12 L,冰箱容积率提升1.8%,同时耗电量、高储温以及接水盘溢水等试验满足技术要求。 Nowadays,every inch of family space is valuable,and floor area ratio is a key indicator in refrigerator design.Based on the air-cooled refrigerator whose volume is 400 L,this paper discusses a new refrigerator ultramini condensation module,and introduces the system composition of the module and the performance of the whole refrigerator are verified in detail.A new development direction has been explored for the future large volume rate refrigerators.The results show that the ultra-mini condensation modulecan increase the volume of the refrigerator by about 12 L,increase the floor area ratio of the refrigerator by 1.8%,and meet the technical requirements for experiments such as power consumption,high storage temperature,and the overflow of the water pan.
