患儿末梢血红细胞计数中位数在仪器间结果比对中的应用

摘要 目的探讨患儿末梢血红细胞计数中位数在实验室内仪器间结果比对中的应用价值。方法收集2020年7月至12月实验室检测的末梢血红细胞计数结果,应用患者数据质量控制智能监控平台(AIMA),进行7台血细胞分析仪间低、中、高3个截断浓度中位数相对偏差的比对分析。结果以低值(2.7~3.4)×10^(12)/L、中值(4.0~5.0)×10^(12)/L、高值(5.1~6.1)×10^(12)/L 3个截断浓度作为比对浓度,以Sysmex xs500iC血液分析仪为参比仪器,比对仪器迈瑞BC5310、迈瑞BC5310a、Sysmex XN350、Sysmex xs500i、Sysmex xs500iB连续6个月红细胞计数中位数比对偏差符合要求,Sysmex xs500iA血液分析仪中位数比对偏差出现2次不符合要求。结论患儿末梢血红细胞计数中位数可用于实验室内仪器间、月间末梢血结果连续比对,是一种经济、实用的比对方法。 Objective To evaluate the application of intralaboratory comparison for results of median peripheral red blood cell count in children patients from different hematology analyzers.Methods From July 2020 to December 2020,the data of capillary RBC counts measured by 7 hematology analyzers were collected and divided into three concentration levels.The medians and bias of intralaboratory comparison among different hematology analyzers were analyzed by the AIMoving average intelligent monitoring platform(AIMA).Results The low value(2.7~3.4)×10^(12)/L,median value(4.0~5.0)×10^(12)/L and high value(5.1~6.1)×10^(12)/L were used as the comparison concentration,and the Sysmex xs500iC hematology analyzer was served as the reference instrument.The bias of 5 hematology analyzers BC5310,BC5310a,XN350,xs500i and xs500iB met the requirements for 6 consecutive months while the xs500iA failed to meet the requirements for two times.Conclusion The medians of pediatric capillary red blood cells count from children patient can be used as an economical and practical method for the intralaboratory comparison for different hematology analyzers.
