静脉血栓栓塞症分层护理在胃癌根治术高龄患者中的应用效果

摘要 随着近年来手术设备、麻醉技术以及手术水平的提高,接受胃癌手术的高龄患者也逐年增多[1]。临床中,高龄患者存在免疫功能低下、脏器退行性变、活动量减少甚至长期卧床等问题,且多合并呼吸系统、心血管系统等其他系统疾病,再加上全身麻醉、术后长时间卧床等因素,导致此类患者出现静脉血栓栓塞症的风险比其他年龄段患者更高[2]。
