基层电大思想政治网络化教学策略创新

Innovative Strategies for Ideological and Political Networked Teaching in Grass-roots Radio and TV Universities

新媒体时代的到来,催生了多样化的教育手段,依托网络海量资料库、网络即时性、双向互动性等优势,基层电大思想政治网络化教学工作也面临全新的机遇。针对基层电大思政网络化教学存在的整体设计缺失、优质高效教学资源缺乏、网络化教学载体建设不力、网络手段在教学评价中介入不足等现实问题,可通过创新网络化教学策略加以解决:一是强化教育理念,做好电大网络思政教学顶层设计;二是整合教学资源,推进电大思政优质网络课程建设;三是创新网络载体,构建内外一体、纵横联动教育体系;四是优化考核方式,构筑电大“网络+思政考核”新模式。

The arrival of the new media era has given birth to diversified educational means.Relying on the advantag­es of massive network database,instant network and two-way interaction,the ideological and political network teaching of grass-roots radio and TV universities(RTVUs)is also facing new opportunities.In view of the practical problems existing in the ideological and political network teaching of grass-roots RTVUs,such as the lack of overall design,the lack of high-qual­ity and efficient teaching resources,the weak construction of network teaching carrier,and the insufficient intermediary of network means in teaching evaluation,we can solve them by innovating the following network teaching strategies:First,strengthening the educational concept and doing a good job in the top-level design of network ideological and political teach­ing of RTVUs.Second,integrating teaching resources and promoting the construction of high-quality ideological and political network courses in RTVUs.Third,innovating the network carrier and building an internal and external integration and verti­cal and horizontal linkage education system.Fourth,optimizing the assessment methods and building a new model of“network+ideological and political assessment”in RTVUs.
