为更好地发展养老服务行业,探讨城市社区居家养老服务资源整合必要性,并从政策因素、资源、服务性质等方面分析现有不足,通过采用文献查询等方式研究发现,可以采取完善相关政策及操作细则、资源与服务的整体性治理、精准养老等方面整合养老服务资源,以此提高居家养老服务水平。

In order to better develop the elderly care service industry,discuss the necessity of integrating home-based elderly care service resources in urban communities,and analyze the existing deficiencies in terms of policy factors,resources,and service nature,the study finds,through literature investigation,that the elderly care service resources can be integrated from the aspects of perfecting relevant policy and operation rules,the overall management of resources and services,and the precise elderly care,so as to improve the level of home-based elderly care services.
