校企合作模式下“双师型”教师培养策略研究 被引量:5

摘要 在当前竞争激烈的市场经济背景下,为了进一步办好让人民满意的教育,"双师型"教师培养在政府的支持,企业积极主动的参与以及社会的全力协助下取得了较为显著的成效,但还是存在诸多问题。只有主动思考和解决其中不足,才能将"双师型"教师培养做得更加符合社会发展的需求。"双师型"教师培养以校企合作模式的发展基础为出发点,分析当前的发展现状,从政府、企业和制度体系三大方面,提出了校企合作模式下"双师型"教师培养的保障策略。 In the context of the current highly competitive market economy,in order to further run the education to the satisfaction of the people,the cultivation of“double qualification”teachers has achieved remarkable results with the support of the government,the active participation of enterprises and the full assistance of the society,but there are still many problems.Only by taking the initiative to think and solve the shortcomings,can the training of“double qualification”teachers be more in line with the needs of social development.The training of“double qualification”teachers takes the development basis of school enterprise cooperation mode as the starting point,analyzes the current development status,and puts forward the guarantee strategies for the training of“double qualification”teachers under the school enterprise cooperation mode from the three aspects of government,enterprise and system.
