摘要
氢化反应是有机合成中的一类重要反应,应用广泛。目前,氢化反应大多是在高压反应釜中间歇进行,有存在爆炸风险、转化率和选择性低等缺点,因此,开发新的、安全、高效的氢化工艺是必要的。微通道反应器能精确控制温度和反应时间,并且混合均匀,传质性能高,能极大提高反应选择性和生产产量,减少催化剂损耗。总结了微通道反应器中烯烃、炔烃、醛酮及硝基的氢化反应。连续流微反应加氢技术受到广泛关注,具有很高的发展前景,是未来化工合成的研究方向之一。
Hydrogenation is an important reaction in organic synthesis and has been widely used.At present,most hydrogenation reactions are carried out intermittently in high-pressure reactors,which has such disadvantages as explosion risk,low conversion rate and low selectivity.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new,safe and efficient hydrogenation process.Microchannel reactor can accurately control the temperature and reaction time,and it features uniform mixing,high mass transfer performance,greatly improved reaction selectivity and production yield,as well as notably reduced catalyst loss.The hydrogenation reactions of alkenes,alkynes,aldehydes,ketones and nitro groups in microchannel reactors are summarized.As a technology attracting widespread attention,continuous flow micro-reaction hydrogenation enjoys high development prospects,and is one of the research directions of chemical synthesis in the future.
