摘要
脱硫塔是氨法脱硫中的核心设备,塔体设备高大且其内件结构层繁多,在设计中存在许多重点及难点。采用底板与基础型钢焊接并开设塞焊孔形式,保证设备与基础安装;喷淋层的布置及各支撑梁的合理设计是保证脱硫塔安全有效运行的前提。
As a core equipment in the ammonia desulfurization process,The Desulfurization Column is tall and with multi-layered internals,presenting a lot of key points and difficulties in design.Its base plate is welded on foundation profile steel with plug welding holes,to ensure the installation of the column on the foundation.Arrangement of the spray layer and reasonable design of all support beams are the preconditions to ensure the safe and effective operation of the Desulfurization Column.
