摘要
随着塔设备的高径比越来越大,也越来越容易发生风诱导共振现象。由于空塔的系统阻尼比可能远低于操作工况下塔设备的系统阻尼比,空塔更容易发生“共振”事故,且振幅越大,危险系数越高。介绍了风诱导共振的机理,总结了塔器发生具有较大危害的共振现象的四个必要条件,并据此分析了几个主要的防振措施,提出了基于共振预防的塔器设计校核方法,以便为高塔的设计计算、安装和检修工作提供参考。
With the increasing height-diameter ratio of tower equipment,the phenomenon of wind-induced resonance is more and more likely to occur.Since the system damping ratio of empty tower may be much lower than that of tower equipment under operating conditions,"resonance"accidents are more likely to occur in empty towers,and the greater the amplitude,the higher the risk factor.This paper introduces the mechanism of wind-induced resonance,summarizes four necessary conditions for the occurrence of damaging resonance phenomena in towers,analyzes several main anti-vibration measures,and puts forward the checking method of tower design based on resonance prevention,so as to provide reference for design calculation,installation and maintenance of high towers.
