长输管道油库站场保护层分析(LOPA)/SIL定级分析方法应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 长输管道具有效率高、成本低的特点,因此在石油工业领域处于非常重要的地位,但石油具有易燃易爆的危险性,设置大型储罐的油库站场构成了重大危险源,考虑到油库站场以带压输送为主要运行模式,其固有风险较高。为将油库站场风险控制在可接受范围内,本文结合油库站场介质特性、运行方式、现场工况及管理水平等,依据相关标准规范,应用保护层分析(LOPA)/SIL定级分析方法充分识别现有保护措施的风险降低能力,以确保油库站场的风险可控。 With high efficiency and low cost, long-distance pipeline plays a very important role in the field of petroleum industry. However, on account of combustibility and explosibility of oil, oil depot with large storage tanks constitutes a major hazard source. Considering that oil depot is mainly operated under pressure, its inherent risk is high. In the paper, in order to control the risk of oil depots within an acceptable range, combined with the medium characteristics,operation mode, on-site working conditions and management level of oil depot, and according to the relevant standards and specifications, the risk reduction ability of the existing protection measures is fully identified by using Layer Of Protection Analysis(LOPA)/SIL Assessment method, so as to ensure the controllable risk of oil depots.
