基于三标尺标准金属量器对船用加油机示值误差检测方法研究

Research on Error Value Testing Method of Three Scale Standard Metal Gauge to Marine Fuel Dispensers

本文采用了三标尺标准金属量器对水上船用加油机示值误差进行检测研究,并选取了四组不同的坡度地面在同一流量点对同一台水上加油机进行示值误差试验。试验表明,三标尺金属量器对不平整的地面的加油机计量准确度检测有一定的补偿作用,其可以提高检测的准确度,减少船只摇晃、地面倾斜不平整带来的误差。

The paper adopted three scale standard metal gauge to test the error value of the marine fuel dispensers.Four different sets of slope ground were selected at the same flow point of the same marine fuel dispensers. The result shows that the metal gauge with three scales can compensate the measuring accuracy of the marine fuel dispensers on uneven ground, which can improve the measuring accuracy and reduce the error caused by ship shaking and uneven ground.
