摘要
在乡村振兴战略推进下,乡村旅游呈蓬勃发展之势。餐饮作为旅游产业发展中的重要环节,是促进乡村旅游高质量发展的关键要素和重要载体,而且可与一二三产业融合,发挥多重功能作用。上海市正着力推进绿色田园、美丽家园、幸福乐园的“乡村三园”工程,着力打造休闲农业与精品旅游,创设乡村旅游餐饮业态的全新发展空间,凸显生态化、体验型等内涵意蕴。鉴于此,文章运用SWOT分析法,在厘清当前上海市乡村旅游餐饮业态的四维矩阵基础上,以优化发展为导向,提出了可持续发展的行动策略,助力上海市构建乡村旅游餐饮特色发展路径。
With the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism is booming.As an important link in the development of tourism industry,catering is the key element and important carrier to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism.It can also integrate the primary,secondary and tertiary industries and play multiple functions.Shanghai is striving to promote“three rural parks”project,create leisure agriculture and high-quality tourism,create a new development space for rural tourism catering industry,and highlight connotation of ecologicalization and experience.Using SWOT,based on clarifying the current four-dimensional matrix of rural tourism catering in Shanghai,and guided by optimal development,this paper puts forward action strategies based on long-term sustainable development to help build a characteristic development path to rural tourism catering in Shanghai.
