摘要
实践教学是人才培养的重要组成部分,是凸显专业特色和人才培养质量的重要环节。在参考已有的实践教学质量评价指标体系基础上,构建了地理科学专业实践教学质量的评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法对其指标进行评价。结果表明:在二级指标中,教学效果和教学内容是影响地理科学专业实践教学质量的主要因素,其次为教学条件和教学管理。在三级指标中,教师对学生实践能力及综合能力的评价和学生对老师实践教学方式方法的满意度是影响教学效果的主要因素,其次为学生对自身实践能力及综合素质的评价和工作单位对毕业生学科专业实践能力的满意度;地理野外综合实习、毕业实习、毕业论文是影响教学内容的主要因素;实践教学经费投入是影响教学条件的主要因素;管理制度的落实效果是影响教学管理的主要因素。
Practical teaching is an important part of personnel training,and it is also an important link to highlight the specialty characteristics and the quality of personnel training.Based on the domestic and international evaluation system of the quality of practical teaching,this paper puts forward the evaluation system of the quality of practical teaching in geographic science majors,and analyzes and evaluates each index of the quality of practical teaching in geographic science majors by means of AHP.The results show that,among the second-level indicators,the teaching effect and teaching content are the main factors affecting the teaching quality of the practice of geographic science,followed by teaching conditions and teaching management.Among the third-level indicators,the teacher’s evaluation of the student’s practical ability and comprehensive ability and the student’s satisfaction with the teacher’s practical teaching methods and methods are the main factors that affect the teaching effect,followed by the students’evaluation of their own practical ability and comprehensive quality and the satisfaction of the work units with the professional practical ability of the graduates;comprehensive field practice,graduation internship and graduation thesis are the main factors that affect the teaching content;the investment of practical teaching funds is the main factor that affects the teaching conditions;the implementation effect of management system is the main factors affecting teaching management.
