Research on Structural Elements and Optimization Strategies of CBA Competition Driving Force——Based on the theory of social development dynamics mechanism

适合我国国情的CBA竞赛驱动力的结构要素,是中国职业篮球健康运行的关键要素。研究主要采用德尔菲、问卷调查、专家访谈和数理统计等方法,对CBA竞赛运行的驱动力结构要素进行构建,并提出优化策略。研究认为驱动主体、驱动目标、驱动源、驱动着力点、驱动方式是影响CBA竞赛运行的驱动力结构要素,明确行政与市场驱动主体职责、加强政策导向与市场潜能相结合的双源驱动、休克疗法与循序渐进相结合的双驱方式和以运动员培养为主要驱动着力点是CBA竞赛驱动优化的重要路径。

The structural elements of CBA competition driving force suitable for China's national conditions are the critical elements of the healthy operation of Chinese professional basketball.This research mainly adopts Delphi method,questionnaire survey,expert interview,and mathematical statistics to construct the driving force structure elements of CBA competition operation and puts forward the optimization strategy.The study believes that the driving subjects,driving objectives,driving sources,driving focus and driving modes are the driving force structural factors affecting the operation of CBA competitions.It is a critical path to optimize the driving force of CBA competitions to clarify the responsibilities of the administrative and market-driven subjects,strengthen the dual-source driving combined with policy orientation and market potential,and the dual-drive mode combined with shock therapy and gradual progress,and take athlete training as the main driving focus.
