摘要
针对舰船装备建造成本随着累积批量增加而降低的特点,区分首批次订货成本节约和成本超支两种情况,分别设计了后续不同订货批量的基于成本加成、固定价格和激励约束的梯次定价模式,并对不同梯次定价模式进行了分析,并通过算例验证了上述模式的可行性。结果表明:基于激励约束的梯次定价模式可以延续首批次订货中的激励效果,并能灵活调整激励系数。该研究成果可为梯次定价模式在舰船装备批量订货实践中的应用提供参考。
The construction cost of ship equipment decreases with the increase of the accumulative number.In an effort to distinguish between first order cost savings and cost overruns,three tiered pricing models based on the ordering quantity were designed for subsequent batches of ship equipment orders,which was based on the modes of cost oriented pricing,fixed price pricing,incentive and restraint pricing.And the different tiered pricing models were analyzed.The result shows that the tiered pricing model based on incentive and restraint can continue the incentive effect in the first order,and adjust the incentive coefficient flexibly,which can further balance the interests of both sides.The results of numerical examples also show the feasibility of the above tiered pricing model.The research results can serve as reference for the application of the incentive and restraint pricing model in the practice of ship equipment bulk ordering.
