摘要
随着6×19S和6×19W-Ф18.5 mm以上结构类钢丝绳生产合同的增加,现有管式捻股机已不能满足生产需要。根据工艺要求,捻制钢丝直径1.2~1.4 mm,捻制股径3.6~9.8 mm,捻距范围28~135 mm。设计GGZ18/400管式捻股机主传动采用齿轮减速箱+同步带传动,电机功率45 kW,同时驱动机身筒体、捻距箱和牵引,收线采用独立电机减速箱驱动。筒体运行速度≤800 r/min,捻距箱公比1.025。该捻股机采用全封闭式冲孔防护系统,安全性好,噪声较低。
With increase of production contracts of 6×19 S and 6×19 W diameter 18.5 mm above structure wire rope, existing tubular strander can not meet demand of production. According to process requirements, lay steel wire diameter is 1.2~1.4 mm, lay strand diameter is 3.6~9.8 mm, lay length is 28~135 mm. Main drive of GGZ18/400 tubular strander is designed to adopt gear reducer adding synchronous belt, motor power is 45 kW, which drives fuselage barrel, lay length box and traction at the same time, and take-up is driven by independent motor reducer. Running speed of cylinder is no more than 800 r/min, and ratio of trunk to trunk of lay length is 1.025. The strander adopts fully enclosed punching protection system, which has good safety and low noise.
