摘要
近年来,装配式建筑成本居高不下的问题严重阻碍了装配式建筑的发展。为解决此类问题,本文从预制构件的设计、生产、运输和安装4个阶段选取了14个影响装配式建筑成本的因素,通过Yaahp软件得到各因素占比,然后分析出主要影响因素有施工水平、工种间的协调能力、预制构件设计的合理性、预制构件的拆分与组合,然后提出相对应的优化措施来降低装配式建筑成本。
In recent years,the high cost of prefabricated buildings has seriously hindered the development of prefabricated buildings.In order to solve this kind of problem,this paper selects 14 factors that affect the cost of prefabricated construction from the four stages of prefabricated component design,production,transportation and installation.The proportion of each factor is obtained through yaahp software,and then the main influencing factors are construction.level,coordination ability between work types,rationality of prefabricated component design,split and combination of prefabricated components,and then propose corresponding optimization measures to reduce the cost of prefabricated construction.
