并网型光伏发电站储能功率波动平滑控制研究 被引量:18

摘要 为实现光伏发电站储能功率波的全面化协调调度,促进并网控制策略快速成型,提出一种并网型光伏发电站储能功率波动的平滑控制方法。根据储能并网主电路的传输形式,选择性连接相关的滤波电感元件,结合波动电子的现有存储情况,判定光伏发电行为所属类别,完成并网型光伏发电站储能系统设计;在此基础上,定义唯一的功率波动目标,通过预测波动节点短期平滑特性的方式,确定控制矢量条件的调节域范围,实现并网型光伏发电站储能功率波动平滑控制研究。对比实验结果表明,应用平滑控制方法后,发电站储能功率波动的上限数值下降、下限数值上升,有效解决了全面化并网控制策略成型缓慢的问题。 In order to realize the comprehensive and coordinated dispatch of energy storage power wave of the photovoltaic power station and promote the rapid formation of grid connected control strategy,a smooth control method of energy storage power wave of the grid connected photovoltaic power station is proposed in this paper. According to the transmission form of the grid connected main circuit of energy storage,the relevant filter inductors are selectively connected. Combined with the existing storage situation of wave electrons,the category of photovoltaic power generation behavior is determined,and the design of the grid connected photovoltaic power station energy storage system is completed. On this basis,a unique power fluctuation target is defined. By predicting the short-term smoothing characteristics of the fluctuation node,the adjustment range of the control vector condition is determined,and the smooth control of energy storage power fluctuation of the grid connected photovoltaic power station is realized. The experimental results show that the upper limit value of energy storage power fluctuation decreases and the lower limit value increases after the smooth control method is applied,which effectively solves the problem of slow formation of comprehensive grid connected control strategy.
