双场耦合分离装置锥段结构对油-水分离的影响 被引量:11

摘要 为了解决单一工艺方法难以实现乳化油高效破乳脱水的问题,通过在旋流离心装置内嵌入高压电场,得到双场耦合分离装置,实现乳化油脱水净化处理。双场耦合装置的锥段结构对其分离性能产生重要影响,考察了4种不同锥段结构对乳化油油-水分离的影响。结果表明:复合曲锥型耦合装置相对于直面双锥型耦合装置、双球面相切型耦合装置和双椭圆相切型耦合装置,静压力分布更大,能耗更低;油中液滴受到离心力更大且滞留时间长,分离更彻底;在轴心区域涡度较大,流场更稳定,装置的油-水分离效率可达97.0%,展现出良好的油-水分离性能,为双场耦合分离装置结构的选型设计提供了指导。 In order to achieve high efficiency demulsification and dewatering of emulsified oil by the single process,a doublefield coupling separation device is obtained by embedding a high-voltage electric field in the centrifugal device to realize dewatering and purification of emulsified oil.It shows that the cone structure has important effects on the separation of the doublefield coupling device,thus,four different cone structures were investigated.The results show that compared with the straight double-cone coupling device,the double spherical tangent-cone coupling device and the double ellipse tangent-cone coupling device,the composite curve-cone coupling device has larger static pressure distribution and lower energy consumption.The droplet is subjected to larger centrifugal force,longer remained time,and the separation is more thoroughly.In the axial region,the vorticity is larger and the flow field is stable,the separation efficiency of the compound curve-cone coupling device reaches 97.0%,and the device has better oilwater separation performance,which provides a guide for the structure selection and design of the double-field coupling separation device.
