摘要
为明确油田化学驱用聚合物是否会对矿区生态环境产生影响,依据国际构建环境基准所需最低毒性数据和实验选种准则,引入部分水解聚丙烯酰胺为环境本底引物,筛选出具有大港油田矿区特征的三门八科全覆盖的环境生物毒理受试物种,开展受试物种毒性实验,构建环境基准理论数值模型。结果表明,受试物种的环境生物急/慢性毒理值比为9.98,利用物种敏感度分布曲线法推导在用聚合物(部分水解聚丙烯酰胺)对矿区急/慢性环境基准值分别为672.93、7.43 mg/L时,其急/慢性环境基准值具有很高的安全边际承受浓度,大规模应用不会对油田矿区造成较大的环境安全风险。
To clarify whether the polymer used for chemical flooding in oilfields will affect the ecological environment of mining area,in accordance with the minimum toxicity data and experimental strain selection criteria required for establishing international environmental criteria,partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)is introduced as the environmental background primer to screen out three phylums and eight families of environmental biotoxicological species under test,which are representative in the mining area of Dagang oilfield.Then the toxicity test on the species under test has been carried out to construct the theoretical numerical model of environmental criteria.The results show that ratio between the environmental biological acute and chronic toxicity of the species under test is 9.98.The species sensitivity distribution curve method is applied to deduce the acute/chronic environmental criteria of the mining area using the polymer(HPAM),corresponding to the values of 672.93 mg/L and 7.43 mg/L,respectively.The acute/chronic environmental criteria have a very high tolerable concentration at the safety margin,so its application on a large scale will not cause great environmental safety risks to the mining area of the oilfield.
