基于Medline数据库的国内风湿病发表论文的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Published Papers on Rheumatism in China Based on Medline Database

目的通过对国内发表的风湿病相关文献进行分析,探讨中国风湿病学近年来发展。方法使用“文献鸟”可视化软件,通过PubMed平台检索,以("Rheumatology"[MeSH subheading]OR"rheumatic disease"[MeSH subheading]AND"China"[Affiliation])为检索词,检索时间设置为2011年2月-2021年2月,对Medline数据库收录的国内风湿病相关文献进行检索,分析国内风湿病领域的发文概况、研究热点及专家关系网等。结果2011-2021年国内风湿病领域发表论文发展迅猛,其中2011年发表论文184篇,2020年发表论文2127篇;该领域的热点研究基因包括NLRP3、STAT3等,热点研究疾病为关节炎、狼疮;相关论文发表期刊以Clin Rheumatol(IF2.4)、Medicine(IF1.6)居多;论文作者中,来自北京协和医院的Zheng Xiaofeng发文量最多,达103篇,是风湿领域的重要人物。结论国内风湿病领域近10年发展迅猛并已取得显著成就,其研究热点倾向于发病机制的基因层面研究和常见病研究。

Objective To explore the development of rheumatology in China in recent years through the analysis of related literature on rheumatology published in China.Methods Using the"literature bird"visualization software and PubMed platform,the search term was("Rheumatology"[MeSH subheading]OR"rheumatic disease"[MeSH subheading]AND"China"[Affiliation]).The search time was set from February 2011 to February 2021.The domestic literature on rheumatic diseases included in Medline database was retrieved,and the general situation of published articles,research hotspots and expert relationship network in the field of rheumatic diseases in China were analyzed.Results The published papers in the field of rheumatism in China developed rapidly from 2011 to 2021,including 184 papers in 2011 and 2127 papers in 2020.The hot research genes in this field were included NLRP3 and STAT3,and the hot research diseases were arthritis and lupus.Clin Rheumatol(IF2.4)and Medicine(IF1.6)were the most frequently published journals;ZHENG Xiao-feng from Peking Union Medical College Hospital had the largest number of papers,up to 103 papers,and was an important figure in the field of rheumatism.Conclusion Published papers on rheumatism in China has developed rapidly and make remarkable achievements in recent ten years.It is reasonable to expect that chinese rheumatology researcher will make greater contributions to the clinical field.
