Study on Non-suicidal Self-injury Behavior of Adolescents

非自杀性自伤行为(NSSI)是一种复杂且危险的病理心理行为,一般无明确的自杀意图,表现为直接或间接地损伤自己的身体,其核心问题为情绪管理障碍。近年来NSSI已经成为影响个体,尤其是青少年健康的重要公共卫生问题。本文从青少年NSSI流行现状、发生机制、防治相关研究进展作一综述,以期为青少年NSSI的防控提供理论依据。

Non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)behaviors is a complex and dangerous pathological psychological behavior.Generally,there is no definite suicidal intention,which is manifested as direct or indirect injury to one’s own body.The core problem is emotional management disorder.In recent years,it has become an important public health problem affecting individuals,especially adolescents.This paper summarizes the prevalence of NSSI of adolescents,the research progress of different factors and research progress of prevention and treatment,in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of NSSI for teenagers.
