分娩镇痛联合体位护理对产妇镇痛效果及产程的影响

Effect of Labor Analgesia Combined with Body Position Nursingon Maternal Analgesia and Labor Process

目的观察分娩镇痛联合体位护理对产妇镇痛效果及产程的影响。方法选取2019年5月-2021年5月于我院分娩的136例足月产妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各68例。对照组采用分娩镇痛联合常规护理,观察组则实施分娩镇痛联合体位护理。比较两组产妇的镇痛效果、分娩疼痛、分娩控制感、产程时间、分娩结局以及护理满意度。结果观察组镇痛总有效率为95.59%,高于对照组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)、言语反应量表(VRS)评分均低于对照组,而分娩控制量表(LAS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产程时间短于对照组,中转剖宫产率、产钳助产率、会阴侧切率、产后出血率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为98.53%,高于对照组的86.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分娩镇痛联合体位护理可有效提升产妇的镇痛效果,同时加快产程进展、缓解分娩疼痛、增强分娩控制感,促进分娩结局的改善,具有较高的满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of labor analgesia combined with body position nursing on maternal analgesia and labor process.Methods A total of 136 full-term parturients delivered in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received labor analgesia combined with routine nursing,while the observation group received labor analgesia combined with body position nursing.The analgesic effect,delivery pain,delivery control,labor time,delivery outcome and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The analgesic effective rate in the observation group was 95.59%,which was higher than 82.35%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)and verbal response scale(VRS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the delivery control scale(LAS)score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The labor time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate,forceps midwifery rate,episiotomy rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.53%,which was higher than 86.76%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Delivery analgesia combined with body position nursing can effectively improve the analgesic effect of puerpera,accelerate the progress of labor,relieve labor pain,enhance the sense of delivery control,and promote the improvement of delivery outcome,with high satisfaction.
