摘要 近年来高血压的发病率不断升高,而药物治疗对于部分患者疗效不佳。自主神经系统失衡是高血压的发病机制之一,同时神经免疫在高血压的发生发展中也具有重要作用。炎症浸润自主神经中枢可导致外周交感神经过度激活,而交感神经又可通过激活免疫系统促进炎症的发生,从而形成恶性循环,导致靶器官损伤及心脑血管事件。而肾交感消融、颈动脉窦刺激等自主神经调控治疗则可抑制交感神经、激活迷走神经,打破这种恶性循环。未来,针对自主神经的调控或可成为难治性高血压治疗的新策略。 The incidence of hypertension has been increasing continuously and drug treatment is not effective for some patients.Autonomic nervous system imbalance is one of the pathogenesis of hypertension,and neuroimmunity also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hypertension.Inflammation infiltration of the autonomic nerve center can lead to excessive activation of peripheral sympathetic nerve,and the sympathetic nerve can promote the occurrence of inflammation by activating the immune system,thus forming a vicious circle,leading to target organ injury and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.Autonomic nerve regulation treatments such as renal nerve denervation and carotid sinus stimulation therapy can break the vicious circle by inhibiting sympathetic nerve and activating vagus nerves.In the future,the regulation of autonomic nerve may become a new strategy for refractory hypertension.
