摘要 机体存在多种信号转导通路,参与发育调控和组织稳态维持等重要过程。Hippo通路是其中一种进化高度保守的信号通路,可通过一系列相关激酶的相互作用和级联磷酸化传递信号抑制细胞增殖并促进其凋亡,在组织发育、再生以及肿瘤发病的调节中起关键作用。其中,哺乳动物STE20样蛋白激酶1/2通过调节不同类型免疫细胞的生长、分化、迁移等,广泛参与适应性免疫反应;而大型抑癌激酶1/2和Yes相关蛋白/PDZ结合基序转录共激活因子仅部分参与这些免疫调节过程。深入研究Hippo信号通路与免疫系统之间的相互作用,有望为自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤的治疗提供新思路。 Multiple signal transduction pathways in organisms are involved in developmental regulation and maintenance of tissue homeostasis.The Hippo pathway is a highly conserved signaling pathway,and it plays a key role in the regulation of tissue development,regeneration,and tumor pathogenesis via modulating various of kinase interactions and cascade phosphorylation.Mammalian STE20-like protein kinase 1/2 is extensively involved in adaptive immune responses by regulating the growth,differentiation,and migration of different types of immune cells;large tumor suppressor kinase 1/2 and Yes-associated protein/transcriptional co-activator with PDZ-binding motif are partially involved in these immune regulatory processes.Therefore,in-depth study of the interaction between Hippo signaling pathways and the immune system is expected to provide new ideas for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and tumors.
