摘要 随着社会老龄化的不断加剧和人们生活水平的提高,心血管疾病的患病率不断升高,传统的药物治疗和介入治疗不能满足部分心血管疾病患者的治疗需求,增强型体外反搏(EECP)作为一种无创的循环辅助装置,因易操作、经济且安全而广泛用于临床治疗。EECP通过改变患者的血流动力学及增加血管剪切应力减轻顽固性心绞痛患者的症状,改善心功能不全患者心功能,还可以降低心血管疾病患者的动脉血压。未来需要进一步探索EECP的作用机制及其应用于其他疾病的效果,以扩大EECP的应用范围,使更多患者获益。 With the trend of aging and the improvement of living standards,the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases has been increasing continuously,and the traditional treatment methods and interventional therapy have failed to meet the needs of the clinical treatment.Enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP),as a noninvasive circulatory assist device,is used in the clinical practice due to easy operation,good economy and safety.EECP,by changing hemodynamics and increasing vascular shear stress,can reduce the symptoms of patients with refractory angina pectoris,improve the cardiac function of patients with cardiac insufficiency,and reduce the arterial blood pressure of patients with cardiovascular diseases.It is necessary to further explore the mechanism of EECP and its effect on other diseases,so as to expand the application of EECP and benefit more patients.
