基于FES控制下的踏车训练应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果观察

摘要 目的探究对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行基于多通道功能性电刺激(FES)控制下的踏车训练的效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年12月来中风二科就诊的103例脑卒中偏瘫患者,采用随机数字表分组。对照组51例进行常规治疗和康复训练,观察组52例增加FES控制下的踏车训练,观察两组康复效果。结果干预后观察组双膝屈曲最大平均值(36.55±4.92)°高于对照组(33.25±5.13)°,观察组Fugl-Meyer量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)评分(20.35±4.43)分高于对照组(15.91±3.58)分;观察组步幅、步速、10 m最大步行速度测试(10 mMWS)评分、Berg平衡功能评价量表(BBS)评分均高于对照组,双支撑相及行走步数、计时起立-行走测试(TUGT)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予脑卒中偏瘫患者基于FES控制下的踏车训练干预,可提高患者运动功能,增加平衡能力,使患者步态参数得到改善。 Objective To explore the effect of treadmill training under the control of multichannel functional electrical stimulation(FES)on stroke patients with hemiplegia.Me thods 103 stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in the second stroke department from August 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into groups with random number table.51 cases in the control group received routine treatment and rehabilitation training,and 52 cases in the observation group received extra treadmill training under the control of FES.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were observed.Re s ults After intervention,the maximum mean value of knee flexion in the observation group was(36.55±4.92)°higher than that in the control group(33.25±5.13)°and the score of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale for lower extremity(FMA-LE)in the observation group was(20.35±4.43)higher than that in the control group(15.91±3.58);The stride length,pace,10 m maximum walking speed test(10 m MWS)score and Berg Balance Function Evaluation Scale(BBS)score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of biphasic support phase,walking steps and the timed up and go test(TUGT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclus ion Treadmill training intervention based on FES control can improve the motor function,balance ability and gait parameters of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
