With the development of the new curriculum reform,physical education is an indispensable part of the cur‐rent high school curriculum.It pays attention to the related content of high school physical education,so as to integrate the teaching system.Modern physical education should reflect the characteristics of modernization and humanity,thereby promot‐ing overall reform of education.This article makes a comprehensive analysis of the influence,connotation and improvement of high school physical education curriculum on students,and promotes the sustainable development of high school physical education.
