随着新课程改革进程的不断推进,素质教育的内涵得到了更加有效的充实与丰富,学校教学不仅应注重培养德智体美劳全面发展的优秀学生,还应培养具有健康身心和过硬心理素质的优秀学生。这就需要教师借助小学体育教学这一平台,积极地进行心理健康教育的渗透,使学生在获得身体素质锻炼的基础上,得到心理健康方面的引导,以此促进学生身心健康成长和发展。
