当前,初中教学管理中出现的棘手问题就是师生间缺乏良好的沟通。我国传统的教学理念通常以教师为主体地位,导致学生与教师之间有距离感,从而沟通失去了最基本的沟通,当代教育事业中,与学生缺少沟通会引发一系列教学、管理中的困难,所以师生间的沟通问题成了教育领域中的热点话题。

At present, the thorny problem in junior high school teaching management is the lack of good communication between teachers and students. The traditional teaching concept in our country usually takes the teacher as the main body,which leads to a sense of distance between students and teachers, thus losing the most basic communication. In contemporary education, the lack of communication with students will cause a series of difficulties in teaching and management, so the communication between teachers and students has become a hot topic in the field of education.
