With the continuous advancement of new curriculum reform and the development of information technology,there are still certain problems in the teaching of Chinese micro-courses in primary schools in our country, which need to be improved by measures. This article will analyze the problems in the development of micro-courses, then introduce the development ideas of primary Chinese micro-course based on core literacy, and finally discuss the development strategies of primary Chinese micro-course based on core literacy for the reference of relevant educators.
