舒芬太尼复合咪唑安定对晚期宫颈癌患者镇痛效果的影响

Analgesic efficacy of sufentanil combined with midazolam in patients with advanced cervical cancer

目的探讨舒芬太尼复合咪唑安定对晚期宫颈癌患者镇痛效果的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月间大连市妇女儿童医疗中心收治的80例晚期宫颈癌患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用舒芬太尼复合咪唑安定治疗,对照组患者采用舒芬太尼自控镇痛治疗,比较两组患者临床满意度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者治疗满意度为95.0%,高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者治疗前暴发性疼痛、治疗后持续性疼痛和用药后30min的VAS评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。观察组KPS改善≥10分的患者多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组KPS无变化和KPS改善≤10分的患者数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率为10.0%,低于对照组的52.5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论晚期宫颈癌患者采用舒芬太尼复合咪唑安定治疗,可改善患者的生活质量,并发症少,有较好的镇痛效果及安全性,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the analgesic efficacy of sufentanil combined with midazolam in patients with advanced cervical cancer. Methods Eighty patients with advanced cancer treated were selected at Dalian Women and Children’s Medical Center from January 2018 to January 2020. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random table with 40 patients in each group.The observation group received sufentanil combined with midazolam and the control group received sufentanil patient-controlled analgesia. Clinical satisfaction,visual analogue scale(VAS) scores,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate was 95. 00% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 75. 0% of the control group(P <0. 05). The VAS score of fulminant pain before the treatment,persistent pain after the treatment and pain at 30 min after medication were better in the observation group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). The proportion of patients with Karnofsky score(KPS) ≥10 was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in number of patients with no change in KPS and patients with improvement of KPS ≤10 between the two groups(P > 0. 05). The incidence of complications was 10. 0% in the observation group which was lower than 52. 5% of the control group(P < 0. 05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with midazolam can significantly improve quality of life with few complications good analgesic efficacy and safety in in patients with advanced cervical cancer. It has clinical application value.
