后疫情时代高职劳动教育的困境与路径

The Dilemma and Path of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Post COVID-19 Era

劳动教育和高职教育的特点紧密契合。全面、精准实施高职劳动教育对于新时代高职大学生树立劳动意识、涵养职业精神、塑造大国工匠、培育时代新人具有深远的意义。后疫情时代高职劳动教育面临着现实困境,建议结合高职院校的课程实训、竞赛训练、寝室建设、志愿服务和班团活动等,提炼劳动教育元素,设计系列主题活动。以寝室建设的内务劳动为例,指出了高职劳动教育的三条实施路径:树立价值引领标杆,促进劳动教育与立德树人同向同行;丰富活动组织形式,提升学生参与劳动教育的积极性;加强家校协同育人,引导家长转变观念指导活动开展。

The characteristics of labor education and higher vocational education closely fit.The comprehensive and accurate implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges has far-reaching significance for higher vocational college students to establish labor consciousness,cultivate professional spirit,shape great country craftsmen and cultivate new people in the new era.Labor education in higher vocational colleges is faced with practical difficulties in the post COVID-19 era.It is suggested to extract labor education elements and design series of theme activities in combination with curriculum training,competition training,dormitory construction,volunteer service and class group activities in higher vocational colleges.Taking the internal labor of dormitory construction as an example,this paper points out three implementation paths of labor education in higher vocational colleges:setting up the value leading benchmark,promoting labor education to peer with morality education;enriching the organization form of activities,improving the enthusiasm of students to participate in labor education;strengthening home-school interaction and cooperation,guiding parents to change the concept of guidance activities.
