大学生心理健康教育是高职教育中的重要组成部分,其对高职学生在校生活和学生以及今后步入社会的心理状态、生活状态和工作质量都能够起到深远影响。因此,高职院校应清楚意识到大学生心理健康教育的重要性,并结合学生的心理特征和发展需求,采取合适的心理健康教育方式,保障心理健康教育质量和水平。为此,本文主要从实施需要、影响大学生心理健康的因素及实施途径等方面对高职院校大学生心理健康教育进行了分析和探讨,希望能够给相关人员带来启示。

Mental health education of college students is an important part of higher vocational education,which can have a profound impact on the psychological state,living state and work quality of higher vocational students in school life and students and in the future.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should clearly realize the importance of mental health education for college students,and combine the psychological characteristics and development needs of students,adopt appropriate mental health education methods to ensure the quality and level of mental health education.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the mental health education of college students from the aspects of implementation needs,factors affecting the mental health of college students and ways of implementation,hoping to bring enlightenment to relevant personnel.
