摘要
广州在建车辆段上盖车库项目中普遍存在制约因素多,设计复杂程度高的问题,导致停车效率低,单车位面积过大。对广州地铁13号线官湖车辆段上盖车库分析,提出盖上盖下协调设计策略,结合盖上车库平面轮廓、塔楼位置对车库的影响、车库柱网选择及对应的车位排布等限定条件,得出高效停车单元模块,根据盖下车线,选取对应模块,组合出理想的停车模型。为今后同类型项目降低设计复杂程度,提高停车效率,节约成本,提供一定借鉴。
There are many constraints and high complexity in the design of the over-track garage project in Guangzhou under construction,which leads to low parking efficiency and large single car space. Through the analysis of the upper cover garage of Guanhu depot of Guangzhou Metro Line 13, combined with the plane outline of the covered garage, the influence of the tower position on the garage, the selection of the garage column network and the corresponding parking spot arrangement, etc., we put forward the collaborative design strategy of the upper and lower covers, and obtain the high efficiency parking unit module. According to the cover and exit line, the corresponding modules are selected to combine the ideal parking model. It can be used for reference for reducing the complexity of design,improving parking efficiency and saving cost for the same type of projects in the future.
