城市更新背景下温州市洞头区中心街社区电影院改造策划研究

现阶段,我国面临城市高质量发展的时代命题,"大城小圈"成为未来城市的发展趋势,社区电影院作为社区的重要文化场所,将走进更多居民的文化生活。随着城市化脚步的加快,温州洞头老城发展正面临着重大机遇与挑战。该文通过对洞头老城的深入调研,进行中心街社区电影院的科学策划,通过修补城市功能,以"点"的更新激发区域的活力,打造浙南海岛城市的有机更新样本,以期为未来社区电影院策划提供有价值的参考。

At this stage,China is facing the era proposition of high-quality urban development,"big city and small circle"has become the development trend of the future city.As an important cultural place in the community,community cinema will enter the cultural life of more residents.With the acceleration of urbanization,the development of Wenzhou Dongtou old city is facing great opportunities and challenges.Based on the in-depth investigation of Dongtou old city,we carry out the scientific planning of the central street community cinema.By repairing the urban functions,the renewal of"points"can stimulate the vitality of the region,and create an organic renewal sample of island cities in southern Zhejiang,we hope to provide valuable reference for the future community cinema planning.
