基于结构方程模型的历史文化街区游客满意度研究——以成都市宽窄巷子为例

Tourist Satisfaction of Historical and Cultural District Based on Structural Equation Model:Taking the Broad and Narrow Alley in Chengdu as an Example

随着旅游开发逐步成为历史文化街区更新活化的主流模式,对游憩者满意度的研究在优化街区治理策略,提升街区更新活化效果等方面发挥着愈发重要的作用。以成都市宽窄巷子为例,利用结构方程模型法识别游客满意度的影响因素与作用机制。结合IPA分析法,从核心范围、游客数量、业态构成、游览路径、文化氛围等方面提出优化建议。

As tourism development has gradually become the mainstream mode of renewal and activation of historic and cultural blocks, the study on recreation satisfaction plays an increasingly important role in optimizing block governance strategies and improving the effect of block renewal and activation. Taking Broad and Narrow Alley in Chengdu as an example, the structural equation model was used to identify the influencing factors and action mechanism of tourist satisfaction. Combined with IPA analysis method, we put forward optimization suggestions from core scope, number of tourists, format composition, tour path, cultural atmosphere and other aspects.
