摘要
随着全球能源化石型能源的日益枯竭,以风电、太阳能为代表的新能源发电技术取得了显著的发展,发电系统原先单一的能源组成型式发展成多能源组成的混合型发电系统。本文基于风光协调发电系统的基本结构,提出了风光协调发电系统的有功控制策略,该策略从功率平滑控制、功率跟踪控制、频率调节控制三方面展开研究,能够实现风电、太阳能独立控制和协调控制之间的平滑切换。本文所提出的控制策略经过验证,已经证明了其可行性和有效性,可以进行进一步的推广应用。
With the increasing depletion of global fossil energy sources,new energy generation technologies represented by wind and solar power have made significant development,and the original single energy composition of power generation system has developed into a hybrid power generation system composed of multiple energy sources.Based on the basic structure of the coordinated power generation system,this paper proposes an active control strategy for the coordinated power generation system,which is based on three aspects:power smoothing control,power tracking control,and frequency regulation control,and can realize smooth switching between independent and coordinated control of wind and solar power.The control strategy proposed in this paper has been verified and has proved its feasibility and effectiveness,and can be further promoted and applied.
