摘要
本文通过对弹簧操动机构原理及关键材料物性分析介绍,阐述了操动机构关键部件材料应力仿真分析和凸轮失效分析,给出了弹簧操动机构的设计优化建议,为研究弹簧操动机构失效机理演变及失效规律提供工程应用和指导,具有重要的现实意义。
The paper analyzes and presents spring operating meckanism principle and key maderial property,expounds simulation analysis of material stress of key components of the operating mechanism and cam failure and gives optimality suggestion of the spring operating mechanism design.It provicles engineering application and guidance to study failure mechanisation evolutiuon of the spring operating mechanism and falilure law,which has important reality singificance.
