需求响应促进风电消纳的电力系统环境经济调度

摘要 将需求响应作为虚拟发电资源参与发电计划的制定,建立考虑风电消纳的多目标调度模型,以发电成本和污染气体排放最小为目标函数,采用粒子群算法和禁忌搜索算法相结合的混合多目标算法对模型求解,以含一个风电场的10机系统为仿真算例。算例结果表明:需求响应通过分时电价的杠杆作用,可以充分调动用户改变用现有用电结构削峰填谷,提高电网风电消纳能力,降低发电成本和污染气体排放。 The demand response is taken as a virtual power generation resource to participate in the formulation of power generation plan,and a multi-objective scheduling model considering wind power consumption is established.Taking the minimum power generation cost and pollution gas emission as the objective function,the hybrid multi-objective algorithm combined with particle swarm optimization algorithm and tabu search algorithm is used to solve the model.The 10-machine system with a wind farm is taken as a simulation example.The results of the example show that the demand response can fully mobilize the users to change the peak shaving and valley filling of the existing electricity structure through the leverage of the time-sharing electricity price,improve the wind power consumption capacity of the grid,and reduce the generation cost and pollution gas emissions.
