摘要
电网断面是影响电网运行安全性、可靠性和稳定性的重要因素。本研究主要从断面识别技术出发,构建基于N-1预想模型的断面监视及辅助调控系统,利用SCADA平台和D5000系统,实现断面数据的遥测采集、实时监测、自动发现和辅助调控,达到电网潮流的有效控制,从根本上提升电网运行的安全效益和经济效益。
A power network section is an import ant factor to affect safety and reliability of a power network operation.The study is starting with section technology,structuring the section monitoring and auxiliary regulating and control system based on N-1 anticipated model,using SCADA and D5000 system,achieving telemetry collection of the section data,realtime monitoring,automation discovery and auxiliary regulating and control so us to achieve effective control of the power network current,which improves saft benefit and economic benefit of the power network operation.
