政治经济学是研究经济制度形成、发展、变化规律的理论。制度创新是人类最伟大的创新,经济制度变迁有自身的内在逻辑,有基本规律可循,主要体现为六大特点:(1)制度演进按渐进累积边际创新前行;(2)制度变革通常受内部危机爆发和外部冲击驱使;(3)制度有很强的内生性;(4)制度创新在于拓展社会信任关系;(5)制度创新利益增加要大于其成本;(6)经济制度演进总体走向基本趋同。中国经济体制改革是根植于国情实际、符合世界发展趋势的现代经济制度创新,是社会主义经济体制的自我革命,极大地促进了中国创造四十年经济高增长的世界奇迹。

Political economy is a theory that studies the formation,development,and transformation of economic system.Institutional innovation is regarded as one of the greatest innovations of all times.The evolution of economic system follows its own internal logics and basic rules,which are mainly reflected in the following six characteristics:Institutional evolution moves forward with incremental accumulation and marginal innovation;Institutional changes are usually driven by internal crises and external shocks;Institution displays a strong endogenous characteristics;Institutional innovation often relies on building social trust relationships;The benefits of institutional innovation should outweigh its cost;The economic system evolutions principally follow the same trend.The reform of China's economic system is a modern economic innovation,which is grown from China's actual national conditions and in line with the trend of world development.Also,it is a self-revolution of the socialist economic system and has greatly contributed to the miracle of China's 40 years of high economic growth.
