α-萘乙酸钠和复硝酚钠对亚适宜温光胁迫下辣椒抗逆性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 α-萘乙酸钠(SNA)通过促进根系生长等方式来提高植物的抗逆性,复硝酚钠(CSN)也可以增强植物抗逆性。为探究两者复配对亚适宜温光环境下辣椒幼苗的促进作用,以陇椒3号为试材,采用SNA、CSN及两者不同浓度的复配溶液喷施幼苗,研究了辣椒幼苗在亚适宜温光〔(12±2)℃/(8±2)℃,(150±20)μmol·m^(-1)·s^(-1)〕环境下的形态指标和生理指标变化。结果表明:亚适宜温光环境抑制辣椒幼苗生长,喷施不同浓度的外源SNA和CSN后,均可以促进辣椒幼苗的生长,增加叶片叶绿素含量,降低叶绿素a/b值,提高净光合速率,增强SOD和CAT酶活性,提高内源激素(IAA、iPA、BR)含量,其中以5 mg·L^(-1)α-萘乙酸钠和35 mg·L^(-1)复硝酚钠复配喷施效果最佳,在一定程度上可降低亚适宜温光环境带来的伤害,从而提高辣椒幼苗的抗逆性。 Sodium naphthalene-1-acetate(SNA)improves plant stress resistance by promoting root system growth etc.methods.Compound sodium nitrophenolat(CSN)can also enhance plant stress resistance.In order to explore the promoting effect of 2 solution combination on pepper seedlings in sub-optimal temperature and light environment,this paper took‘Longjiao 3’as test material,sprayed different concentrations of SNA and CSN(10+0 mg·L^(-1),0+70 mg·L^(-1),5+35 mg·L^(-1),10+70 mg·L^(-1))on papper seedlings,and studied the changes in their morphological and physiological indexes under sub-optimal temperature and light environment〔(12±2)℃/(8±2)℃,(150±20)μmol·m^(-1)·s^(-1)〕.The results showed that sub-optimal temperature and light environment could inhibit the growth of pepper seedlings.Spraying different concentrations of exogenous SNA and CSN could all promote pepper seedling growth,increase chlorophyll content,reduce chlorophyll a/b value,improve net photosynthetic rate,enhance activities of SOD and CAT enzymes,and increase endogenous hormones(IAA,iPA,BR)contents,among which the compound spraying effect of 5 mg·L^(-1)SNA and 35 mg·L^(-1)CSN was the best.To certain extent,the commond spraying with(5+35 mg·L^(-1))concentration could reduce the damage brought by sub-optimal temperature and light environment,thereby improved pepper seedlings stress resistance.
