摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法,同时测定女金片中芍药苷、橙皮苷和黄芩苷的含量。方法色谱柱:Eclipse Plus C_(18)(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);检测波长:230,280 nm;流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 ml/min;进样体积:10μl。结果芍药苷浓度在6.00~120.05μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为102.5%,RSD为1.0%(n=6);橙皮苷浓度在5.84~116.71μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为101.7%,RSD为1.8%(n=6);黄芩苷浓度在11.29~225.87μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993),平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论此法准确可靠,可作为女金片的质量控制方法。
Objective To determine the contents of paeoniflorin,hesperidin and baicalin in Nvjin Tablets by HPLC.Methods The chromatographic column was Eclipse Plus C_(18)(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)with gradient elution by acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid solution.The detection wavelengths were 230 nm and 280 nm.The column temperature was 30℃and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The sample injection volume was 10μl.Results Paeoniflorin,hesperidin and baicalin showed good linear relationships within the range of 6.00-120.05μg/ml(r=0.9998),5.84-116.71μg/ml(r=0.9998)and 11.29-225.87μg/ml(r=0.9993),respectively,and the average recoveries were 102.5%with RSD of 1.0%(n=6),101.7%with RSD of 1.8%(n=6)and 98.1%with RSD of 1.3%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion The method established in this paper is accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Nvjin Tablets.
